At PawPawToy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
  • Items without their original packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, PawPawToy will cover the return or replacement costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
